Close to the old town Rethymno for fantastic atmosphere and restaurants, close to the Fort and Harbour - and yet very quiet at night. I slept so well in a very comfortable bed with good quality linen and pillows. Andreas was always available at reception to answer questions and help with taxi contacts. My own balcony was a bonus where I could enjoy the afternoon sun. Good shower with hot water. Very clean. Having a kitchen with fridge was fantastic with supermarket only 3 minutes walk away.
