It's close to the sea and not stranded with buildings, there is always pleasant breeze. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Host Maria is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel on a beautiful place, kind and helpful staff. The bathroom should be renovated, but the room was good and clean. Food was OK, but not too varied for children. I enjoyed the stay here, would definitely recommend. :)

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful pool area and comfortable rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The location was great, close to the beach and with easy access to everything we needed.

Beautiful ! The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The host Nikos and his wife are very pleasant and helpful, every room has a sea view, it is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The pool is excellent and perfectly positioned. Parking is provided. Sunrise Hotel is highly recommended!

Amazing experience My stay at Amira hotel was absolutly great. The hotel is brand new, meaning all the facilities are in a perfect shape. It is even better than the photos. Best of all is the staff, very kind, helpful, smiling,  dedicated to your needs and to make your stay the best possible. I had the good surprise to be upgraded (without asking maybe due to low season?) to a room with sea front view, which was absolutly great. The room is decorated with taste, cleanned every day, with good bedding. The swimming pool area is really nice, and the access to the beach is easy. There is also an inside heated pool, very nice. The beach is clean, has a beautiful view on the mountains on the west, the water is really clean and safe. You can see a beautiful sunset every day. The main restaurant included in the half board is good from my experience of such hotels: tasty, varied and fresh. I strongly recommand the "gourmet" restaurant, the Kritamo: excellent food and large portions with a top class service. The spa is beautiful, good massages, great staff. You can also enjoy sauna and hammam for free, just need to make a booking. It has been a long time I didn't enjoy such a good stay and such a high value for price, thank you very much to all the Amira Team.

The apartment is spotless and very comfortable with spacious veranda overlooking the sea and mountains. It is located just outside the small village where you can have breakfast and buy amenities from a local minimarket and have a fantastic meal in one of the local restaurants. Maria is very sweet and welcoming and was available on whatsapp throughout the stay. The welcome cake and honey on check out were a very nice touch. As was the daily housekeeping that is not usually included in self catering apartments.

The hotel is a luxurious one, the property is amazing, it is modern and well taken care of, the breakfast and dinner are perfect too. The staff, they make you feel like family and less as a guest, they took care of every single detail, my daughter got sick during the night, they made sure to stay in touch via whatsapp and see if I needed a Dr. to come check on her. Truth to be told, an amazing experience, staff were extremely nice and hospitable. WOULD DEFINITELY recommend it

    The location of the hotel is great, right on the beach. The pool is small but cute. The room was specious and had everything you need for a holiday. The room could use a tocuh up. The front desk staff was very helpful and polite. We had half board included and the food was tasty but options for dinner were limited. The girl in the restaurant was rude and annoyed for no obvious reasons, but that didnt bother us as much. It was great value for money. We would recommend and visit again.

    Good, quiet location near several local beaches and ten minutes from the bustling seaside town of Rethymnon. The apartment had full cooking facilities so ideal for self-catering although we didn't use them personally.
