A fantastic place to stay. The owners can organise anything for you, laundry, car hire, bicycle hire, tickets, tours, bus timetables etc. The rooms are spacious and very clean with comfortable beds, good sound insulation between rooms. The bathrooms are large, well ventilated, with soaps, hairdryer, multiple towels and toilet paper. The room has wardrobe with coat hangers and spare pillows, desk, chair, bar fridge, kettle, mugs, coffee, tea and sugar. The balcony is partially inclosed making it private to neighboring rooms, with outdoor table, chairs and washing line to dry swimwear, towels etc. The ground floor has a restaurant which is convenient for getting breakfast lunch dinner or bottles of water/ wine without having to go out and look for somewhere. The owners are very helpful and accommodating, I was sick for a week and they made me home made soups and pastas and brought them to my room! Good wifi, pet cats to pat, walk to beach, or drive 5 mins to local ruins and restaurants, bus stop outside to Rhodes township

The location and the setting were stunning. I love trees and my husband loves the sea so we had the absolute best of both. Being able to sit on our verandah and look through the pretty grounds and see the sea was the absolute best 😍 Also being able to watch the kite surfing was fab. We hadn't realised that the rooms were canvas, wooden lodges until we arrived as some of the pics on Booking.com showed studios as well so this was our mistake, but we were very happy and the feel was very surf and beachy and everything was clean and nicely styled. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the shower was a rainfall shower and had really good water pressure. The staff were so lovely, helpful and chatty and helped with any request. Breakfast was served in the pretty open breakfast area and was fresh and delicious with continental buffett and bacon and eggs on request.

First of all, thank to Konstantinos – a very positive and welcoming host. He met us at the airport and took us to the house, and he was available at any time if we had questions. The house is located in a wonderful spot, right by the beach. Just a few meters away, there was a great taverna serving local food, and shops were within walking distance, even if you don’t have a car. The house is fully equipped (the host has thought of every little detail). If you plan to cook, there’s a fully equipped kitchen available. It was also great to have a washing machine with all the necessary detergents, as well as an ironing board and iron. Each room had air conditioning, which was a real lifesaver during the hot season to cool down and relax. At check-out, we were supposed to leave the key on the table or in the key box by the gate. However, in a rush, the kids closed the door with the key still inside. When we realized what had happened, the host responded in a very understanding and kind way, saying that these things happen.I still feel bad about this incident, which caused the host some extra costs.

Apartments were very spacious, light and clean. It was really inviting and comfortable. The best part, is when you have just arrived from flight tired and it takes literally 5min to walk and you are at the air-conditioned apartament. The owner was at the airport with our nametag and was always at our reach if we needed anything. Communication was easy and very friendly. Thank you so much, we really enjoyed our stay! 😊

An amazing place to stay, the two bed building was excellent, had all you needed and was big, with great outside space. The pool was brilliant. Nicolinda and her family were the best hosts ever, bringing us fruit and vegetables from their garden and nothing was too much for them.bif we were coming back to Rhodes we would stay here again

    Very clean and spacious apartment in close distance to the sea und the „city“. Soroni is a small place with very little tourisme, which is really nice after you spend some time at Faliraki with the mass. :) Good parking possibilities, very helpful and lovely host, super quiet. Would definitely come back! :)

    The property is set in such a beautiful location two minutes walk from Soroni beach and Elenas restaurant which is just in such a perfect location with the Sea at your feet they are a family run restaurant and the food was delicious Also Michael was a fantastic Host so helpful and gave us good advice on places to visit and places to park….

    Everything exceeded our expectations.The property has all the facilities (dishwasher, owen, washing machine, etc). Everything was very clean. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. The host, Marula is very kind, friendly and helpful! We will come back for sure!

    Lovely location and a short walk (15mins) along flat road to tavernas. Well stocked kitchen with comfortable beds. Air con worked well. Very peaceful area within easy reach of local shops and tourist attractions.

    Everything from the peaceful location, to a beautiful house, large pool and cozy furniture were perfect and far surpassed other locations. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. At arrival I found plenty of supplies, which the owner so kindly prepared. A few cats in the area added some fun to the whole duration of the stay. For anyone who prefers a luxurious stay away from touristy noises, this accomodation will serve you the best.

    The house has literally everything for a comfortable stay: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, even sun beds and umbrellas:) And what a lovely barbecue zone behind the house! Location is also good (supermarket Bazaar, cafes (not too many but still), pharmacy, meat and fish shops near the house). However it might be good to rent a car, since the nearest beach is not too comfortable (big stones and waves). Special thanks to landlord Christina, she is really nice and supportive!
