Outstanding service from check in to checkout, the staff are very kind and attentive to customers’ needs. Amazing rooms, facilities, breakfast, car park, we were also upgraded to a room with own own pool, and Maria and Marilee offered immediately to extend our checkout when they knew that we had a night flight. Lovely clean, basic rooms in the centre of Old Kalamaki. Dionysius was very helpful and a great host. Very pretty courtyard from French doors out of the apartment and really quiet. Aircon was fantastic (all included in the price along with the safe and fridge)and local room tax only €3.50 for the entire week! Beach about 3 mins walk. Lots of restaurants close by - I would recommend Nectar. For a swim - Antonis Pool Bar also 2 min walk open to all. Fantastic value and a great trip.

We had a wonderful time at Asteri Studios. Thank you for everything, Vasiliki. You are such a great host. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They are perfectly located at the very center of Kalamaki but at a smaller street, so they are not noisy daring our sleeping. See you again, hopefully!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious house for our summer holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. With a large private area that gave us exactly the peace and privacy we were looking for. The house offers 3 bedrooms in the first floor, office room in the ground floor that can be set-up as an additional room, if your booking is for 5 people. The house also has a basement that includes 1 bedroom, living room, 2 bathrooms that will only be part of your stay if your booking is for 6+ people (please check with property on booking chat). The swimming pool was definitely a highlight—spotlessly clean, a great size, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a swim on hot summer days. There was also ample space for parking, which made things very convenient for us and our guests. Overall, this was an ideal holiday home and we would definitely love to return. Highly recommended!

A short walk to restaurants, beaches, beach bars, beach sports and activities, shops, bus stops, atm and local car hire. Beautiful location to watch the sunrise. Even though it was fully booked, you’d never know as it’s so quiet.

    We loved it! The location is great. It is very quiet, with beautiful view and close to most good beaches and restaurants on the island. The room is spacious, with a big terrace. There is a small kitchen area and a coffee machine with Nespresso capsules (the hosts were even leaving capsules daily when cleaning the room). It was spotless clean with daily cleaning. The hosts were fantastic. We received great gifts with local products. There is a parking in front of the building. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

    We liked everything: the location very close to many beautiful beaches, close to coffee shop and bakery, close to supermarkets, the view of the sea from the balcony.     Amazing location. Peaceful and natural, access to the beach and we had two early starts doing turtle cobservationbso ideally situated for the nesting grounds in garakas. Great pool and basic breakfast.it needs reclassifying to a 3 star plus. Large rooms, yannis and team on hand for any queries.providing a full service including: helping with car and bike hire, recommendations for dinner, WiFi free in all apartments and by pool.

    Very clean room, air conditioning, friendly welcoming with wine & very beautiful location for a very good price. Room was cleaned every day while we were out. The beach is 5 min away. It's very nice and has a good beach bar/restaurant. There is also a restaurant 2 min away which is also very good. just a small nitpick - the shower was a bit small but absoluty no dealbreaker :)
