Very beautiful house with apartments in typical Cretan style, enough space and large terraces. Perfectly clean and comfortable. Private parking. The pool is nice and clean. The food prepared by the hosts was very good, local meals home made by out host Evangelia. We had super nice evenings with the hosts as we were the only guests in this period. The place is close to Heraklion and we also traveled around to the mountains and sea in the South. We left real friends, thank you Evangelia and Niko! Hope to see you soon.

Exactly what we expected. We needed something fairly close to the ferry port, didn't want to spend a lot of money, and this fit the bill. Communication with host was via email, and the transaction was smooth and simple. The unit was clean and fresh, with all the basic amenities needed for a night. This was in a small village that has a couple taverns in the platia as well as a little market near by, all a short walk from the room. The drive to the port is about 15 mins at 7:00 a.m.

Our first night in Crete, coming late in the evening. Vasilis have welcomed us with raki and home-made sweet lemon. Sitting in the courtyard in warm Cretan night was very much appreciated after the flight. Location is perfect for discovering of Knossos and surroundings of Heraclion and mountain villages around. House is nicely renovated, appartment spacious and well equipped and already mentioned courtyard with the pool has lovely and homie charm. And we had the best breakfast from all our Cretan trip.
