We experienced truly magical holidays here! Nowhere else have we ever felt such warmth and genuine kindness. There are just so many things to say about this apartment! First of all, Mykonos is a small island and what makes this apartment very good is also the fact it is near, but out of the center (around 15 minutes of walking) so you can rest and sleep well, yet you are always able to go to the pure center of Mykonos. ANAIS is just PERFECT place to be in (I can say to live in either). The place is a huge property with typical Mykonos houses of various sizes. Each one of them is equipped with everything you need during your stay and is way too clean! The apartment for 3 people was utterly spacious and cozy, there is space for everything. The beds are good, the terrace is beautiful and the apartments are neat to each other but you also have privacy. The yard is beautiful with a lot flowers and herbs. It can be seen they pay a lot of attention to every detail of the property. Now, the best part of Anais are - Manolis and Marieta, the owners. Manolis is usually the one who receives the guests at first. I cannot put into words how detailed and passionate he is about Mykonos and how good he explains every single thing there. He has recommendations for a lot of restaurants, beaches, how good they are, what is the con of going there, the prices, the quality of food, busses to take, where to park - everything! Marieta is also indescribebly kind, witty and funny, always there to help and talk to you and make you feel like home. They are both so professional and patient, polite and talkative. If I could, I would write tons of good recensions everywhere and 10 is not enough to explain how impressive everything is! A lot of greetings from Marko, Vesna and Zoran! Greetings from Serbia 🇷🇸

The overall experience was excellent, from the owner always being helpful as well as the excellent customer service from all the staff. I was there the last week in August 2023, apologize for the late review some personal issues. The pool and jucuzzi areas were great, a relief from the crazy town that is Mykonos. My rental car broke down on the way back from the old Port around midnight, I was stuck just around a dangerous curve on the highway a blind spot for oncoming crazy drivers. To make matters worse my iPhone died earlier that day but there was an Aegean Gas station within view about 1 KM away which I walked to. I was able to get the attendant to call the Hotel front desk after numerous fruitless attempts to contact Avis. No sooner than I get off the phone to walk outside there was a Mercedes pulling up into the gas station who rolled down his window and told me to get in, the owner sent one of his staff members to pick me up I'm guessing in his personal vehicle. After getting back to the reception desk the staff spent the next 30 minutes after midnight trying to get a hold of Avis. Finally we found someone, and we relayed the urgent need to send a tow truck to get the car so it wouldn't be smacked into around that dangerous curve. The Tow Truck arrived withing 20 mins and I was able to get the car towed. My last day while waiting for the shuttle back to the airport my adjustment handle on my Swiss gear luggage came loose and needed a missing screw. Sure, enough Panos got one of his staff to fix my handle too!

    Location was Great only 12min walk to Mykonos main town. 25min walk or take a bus around the corner to the beach. 3min walk to the supermarket. Everyday new towels and every 3rd day new bedding. Niko was a great friend guy asked every day if everything was good. Gave us tips where to go and not to go. Also picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Also have lots of cats nearby 🖤

    Stayed 3 nights at end of island hopping trip. The owner Niko is very kind and helpful. Collected me from port and dropped off to airport too. Very clean studios with relaxing pool area.

    Nikos was great! Super accommodating picking us up from the port on the first day and dropping us to the airport on our last. Room was lovely and clean with hot water. Pool was great for afternoon dips. Location was perfect - 10min walk to old town and 2min walk to bus stop that takes you to beaches. Highly recommend staying here!

    From the moment we arrived Niko made sure he was present at the airport to transfer us to the property, despite arriving quite late. He took us for a drive to key locations, and also assisted in providing contacts for rental of vehicles. Very centrally located property, with amazing access to amenity, and also nearby beach locations, aswell as the town centre. Niko also assisted in providing us transfers back to the airport from a location which suited us. We will definitely be back and would rate this stay higher if I could.
