Amazing hosts, very nice people! We could do early checkin without problems. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious, we had amazing view over the volcanos. The shared rooftop also had wonderful view over the surroundings. The shared kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty, and on the top of that it was not the same every single day!

The stay was pleasant, beautiful, and comfortable, truly giving you the feel of San Juan, but the real wonder was the kindness by the staff. We had the most amazing stay at the beautiful Nuevo Sol in San Juan. The room was very tidy and clean, the bed was great, the garden was a beautiful oasis of tranquillity and flowers, and the communal kitchen was greatly equipped. Most of all, our hosts Feliciana and Carolina were some of the kindest people we met on our journey. They immediately made us feel at home and answered all our questions about the town and restaurants. Muchas gracias!

What amazing hotel. This was my second time in Atitlan and last time I made the mistake of staying in a larger village. This time I chose a smaller village and Aviva hotel, and it was the perfect choice. The room was incredible, comfy bed, stunning views, tasty coffee and a terrace to relax. And the breakfast was sooo good. Run, don't walk to stay here if you visit lake atitlan.
