The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Only the bathroom was a bit hot and humid, but it was okay. We stayed in the Triple Room and the double mattress was very uncomfortable and soft. After we complained Ronaldo went out and got a new one for us. That was so nice! The location is ideal - perched on the tranquil river. But beware that it is a bit isolated and you will be reliant on the few public boats / expensive private boats to get anywhere. The design of the hotel is very well thought, making it integrated with nature while being very elegant, comfortable and ecofriendly. The facilities are very clean anytime and you can find many spots to chill, relax and enjoy nature. The staff is very helpful and the food is great.
