The building and the rooms are brand new. Our room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The location is good as it is nearby the beach and the local restaurants and bars. The location was almost ideal for us - close to small beaches with not many people on them, quiet, and with nice sea view. The town centre (with a few restaurants, ice cream kiosks, and a kids playground) was in the walking distance over a nice embankment. If you are fancy of walking, you can by foot reach the neighbour town. The proper supermarket Plodine is in about 10 mins by car.
