Our stay at Wisma Grace was absolutely unforgettable! From the incredible staff and spotless rooms to the perfect location and warm, welcoming atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations. This is a truly unique hotel run by a wonderful couple, Gabi and Sony, who go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a perfect experience. They create a fantastic atmosphere that feels like one big family – you arrive as a guest but leave with new friends! Wisma Grace also offers additional services, such as island tours and airport transfers. We joined a couple of their tours, and they were extremely well-organized and truly memorable experiences. The rooms are not only comfortable and impeccably clean but also equipped with a strong internet connection, making it ideal for working remotely. Every morning, they serve a delicious breakfast that starts your day on a great note. Overall, Wisma Grace far exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. I absolutely loved the stay at The City Hotel. The hotel was modern and had all the facilities to accommodate foreign travellers. The atmosphere was so welcoming and the service was exceptional. Communication from the time of booking and the special request I made was catered for and quick communication from the hotel which was the wow factor. The breakfast had a nice variety and freshly made omelette with a choice of ingredients. The staff were brilliant, always smiling and always want to make sure you have a great stay whilst in their care. I highly recommend the pick up and the drop off service to the airport or port which is very reasonably priced and hassle free. The big bonus for me was everyone spoke good English which made life easy when communicating your needs. I would also like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Joan on reception who had a very cute and lovely smile when you interacted with her. She also very kindly help book our onward journey to the next island I visited because the host at the resort I wanted to go to did not speak English. Joan made all the arrangements and again with a smile. Not only Joan but all the staff went the extra mile to make sure my stay at the City Hotel was pleasant. Thank you very much for your hospitality and I can see why this hotel is so popular with guest (local and foreign)
