The owner was very friendly and helpful with organising transportation and our trip to Siberut to stay with the Mentawai Tribe (highly recommend this, if you're looking for an adventure off the beaten track). Everything looked exactly like in the pictures, the view is fantastic and the location just outside Padang means you can reach everything within 10-15 minutes by car/motorbike, but it's still quiet and a good place to relax and plan your trip. The food prepared by the owner tastes fantastic and is reasonably priced. All in all, we felt very well looked after and would definitely visit again.

A calm and relaxing place in a very beautiful position surrounded by nature with all you need for your Padang stay. The host is so nice and caring and always up to give tips on what to see and arrange your trip. I extended my staying as I really loved it. Absolutely recommended!

Bayu and his wife were super friendly and greeted us like friends. The homestay was very nice but our highlight was the tour we booked with Bayu the following day. He is a great guide and showed us all the highlights of Padang. We had a great time. He also gave us great tips for the rest of our journey. It was the perfect start to our Sumatra trip!
