The Orient is one of the nicest places I'll ever stay. Everything from the staff, to the pool areas, to the rooms, were incredible. A special thank you to Reza for his hospitality. The pool areas were beautiful and it was such a peaceful way to start my trip in Indonesia. The attention to detail was incredible and I will be sure to visit the Orient on my next trip to Jakarta. This hotel is simply out of this world. We stayed in a lot of very good hotels in the world, but we think that Park Hyatt Jakarta is the best one we have stayed in. The staff in Park Hyatt has been extremely polite and always super helpful. The food and especially the lavish and super delicious Breakfast buffet was really outstanding. Both gym and Spa area are very well equipped and excellently maintained.

    Cheap room and everything works. Shower was warm. AC works well. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Has security outside (a really nice man who spoke better english than the front-desk staff). Provided water and towels. Good location with nearby restaurants and shops.
