This was such a great experience. Didik was absolutely wonderful in managing everything, from the beginning till the end. The cabin is among the rice terraces, the area is so quiet and you can literally feel you’re having all of that beauty just for yourself. As it faces east i woke up to see the sunrise and it was definitely one of the best I’ve experienced. Dinner and breakfast were amazing as well. If you want to have some real Indonesia touch, share thoughts and experiences with a cool and kind hearted guy, than this is the place. I would definitely come back

We had a truly incredible three days at the villa and with Abdi, who was there for us throughout our stay. The villa is beautiful, with a lovely view of Mount Rinjani if ​​you wake up early in the morning, as well as direct access to the rice fields. Everything is super clean and well-appointed. The two bungalows were very nicely made, clean and comfortable. The owner was very friendly, we could even leave our bicycles there while we hiked the Rinjani. We had a wonderfull stay and would totally recommend it to everyone who is passing through Selong. There is also the possibility to organize hikes and other activities through the owner.

The bungalow was very clean and has everything you need. The bed comfortable, and has a mosquito net which is good considering it is a timber bungalow. The view was amazing, this is a great place to stay if you are wanting something quiet and in nature. Don’t come here expecting a touristy town. It is located in a village, which i really enjoyed exploring. There is waterfalls and rice fields. Also the black monkey forest is just up the road. The locals are very nice and helpful. You can hire scooter, but I didn’t, was able to easily explore just walking around. I ate at the bungalow for both breakfast and dinner, you can order through WhatsApp’s and there bring it to your balcony. DELICOUS. Breakfast was nice but the highlight was dinner (I had the egg curry!! Also tried the fried pineapple)

I have never wrote a reveiw before but this place deserves it!!! Dira bungalows was amazing. The owner Majidi (eddy) and all of his family were so so kind and they make you feel as part of their family. The room was lovely and so was the food. The surroundings are amazing, its set in the middle of rice fields.I had a health issue while staying and they called out the best doctor in Lombok to take me to hospital were i was treated better than in my own country. I cannot explain how gratefull i am. His wife and sons were so kind and even prepared food at nearly midnight because i was hungry. His son Max is such a nice person and is now a personal friend of mine, they invite you to eat, drink sing and play music all night long with them. An amazing place with amazing people. I 100% recommend it and will return.
