The room and the hotel were very clean. The room was small but well-equipped (with a wardrobe, table, chair, kettle, double bed, and four pillows). The staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast included tea and a small snack every morning.

This place was fantastic! Found it after leaving another hotel in the area due to be being so disappointed. The staff was absolutely the best we have experienced. They were always there to help and were very friendly. The room was beautiful with a view of the volcano. The pools were huge. The food was great and the restaurant was really nice. The front desk helped us get a driver that worked out great. All in all this was a great hotel. The best part was that we were nearly alone for most of our stay!
