The room was immaculate and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, especially Ferli and the team. Since the hotel is near a busy street, we requested a quiet room and were given one at the back, which was very peaceful and allowed us to rest comfortably. Breakfast was always perfect and the pool was OK.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The one-bedroom apartment we stayed in faced the pool, which was perfect for us as we were travelling with a baby and didn't want to deal with stairs or inconvenience getting to the room. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and cozy, and we appreciated having access to both a gym and spa. One of the standout features for us was the laundry facilities in the garage, which made keeping our clothes clean and dry much easier. This is a feature we wish more hotels would offer. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with the beach right across the street and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and bars within easy walking distance.

Villa Indah was beautiful exactly like the photos & the beds were so comfortable. Bedrooms were very spacious each with their own bathroom by, great kitchen & living area with a hot & cold water dispenser. The pool was perfect temperature for swimming day or night. Location was excellent walking distance to beach, shopping & restaurants
