Staff were really friendly and welcoming they made sure I had everything I need for my stay. The owner also gave me opportunities to meet his friends and family and also to teach at a local school which was a great experience. I would highly recommend muni’s bungalows( one in masbagik or lendang belo) for both family and solo travellers. His English was very good which made the stay even more nice, he offered me tea and coffee everytime I saw him, which went well with his delicious breakfast.

Fathul is probably the nicest host we have ever met. He was super helpful with organizing trips and experiencing local customs, showed us around in the garden and he makes a killer breakfast. The rooms are new and therefore clean and located in the middle of the rice fields. We highly recommend.

Edi and his family are amazing! Everything was so nice! He took care of me and my friend. Provided for Everything we needed and asked for. Massage, manicure & pedicure, waterfal, ricefield, local delicacy special request snails from the ricefields 😋😋😋, ricewine, cacao, ATM, laundry, special souvenirs, music every night, scooter, .... just ask for it and you get it! And for a reasonable price! The mattrass was the most comfortable i have had in Indonesia. Food was great. Always with complimentary fruits and water. I had an amazing time at Dira bungalow. I just came back from Rinjani and it was very convenient to have only 2 steps between my room and the restaurant! As my legs were killing me 😆!

Will help to make your staying in Tetebatu more fulfilling and immerse in the local atmosphere - guide Yusuf, who works at the hotel. We were very happy to stay with Sukry and his family during our time in Tetebatu. I just loved the way we were welcomed by Andi, Sukry’s friend, with a welcome drink and a nice chat. When I told him I wanted to try some local fruits, he took me on his motorcycle to some local sellers to try it out. I immediately felt treated like a VIP guest! This homestay is part of the house where the whole family lives which gave us a chance to experience a piece of the local life. However, we could still enjoy the luxury of a modern hotel room with all the facilities we could think off. I especially enjoyed the nice bathroom with big rain shower after a long day of discovering the region. We did a tour of the rice fields, waterfall and monkey forest with Andi, who was an excellent guide and learned us a lot about the local food and farming. We tried some of this local food at the homestay and it was truly delicious! I recommend to go for the full experience and book the accommodation, tour and Sasak food all together, you won’t regret it! (Do order the Sasak food in advance, because it is a lot of work for the family to prepare it)

Just everything. We loved every second here. Our room was spacious, well equipped and clean. The food that Andy prepared for us was always really really tasty, the breakfast aswell as lunch and dinner. It’s all fresh cooked and local. Talking about Andy - he was definitively the highlight of our stay. He was always friendly, funny and just the best host u can wish for. The tour we did with him was also really good, we gained much information about local life, plants, animals and the authentic Lombok living. He told us so much, was always there for a chat and just really, really nice to be around. The other members of the staff were also really nice! Also the area of Tetebatu was so lovely and beautiful. The local wildlife as gecko’s and some other little animals are part of the area, so u have to be prepared to see them around. Remember: they were here before you ;) We would definitely stay here again. That was one of our best experiences on our whole trip through Southeast Asia.
