Our stay with you was wonderful. The hotel is very comfortable with great beds that were so large. The view out over the rice fields with the mountains behind was magical. Staff were all really cheerful and friendly and helpful and we felt so lucky to stay here. Thanks to the wonderful staff.

Best place to stay in Toraja. The host, Mama Valen, and the whole family really did their absolute best so we could have the best stay in Tana Toraja. - she helped us in finding a guide for the Rambu Solo funeral. - the place is very comfortable, spacious, quite and clean. - The bathroom is completely new. Toilet and shower are separated, there is hot water and a clean towel per person. - food was delicious - she prepared breakfast everyday for us. You can also have lunch and dinner and we really liked it. - they picked us up and dropped us off on the bus station without any extra charge. - my boyfriend got sick and they helped us in getting to the medical clinic and translating the problems to the doctor. - Mama valen also did the laundry for us. - the whole family is lovely and always very helpful. We definitely recommend this place 100%.

Totally reccomended if you stay in Rantepao, the hosts are simply amazing! They are very kind and helpful and have a lot of insights regarding the region. Once you are there you become part of the family and you will not want to leave :) The breakfast is delicious and the house itself is very charming. It is located near a rice field, close to the city center (walking distance) but quiet. So far the best homestay I have been. Thank you very much for everything and see you soon in Europe :)

We had a truly wonderful stay! The staff welcomed us, making us feel at home from the very first moment. They helped us organize every part of our trip and even took the time to show us their local traditions and customs, giving us an authentic and unforgettable experience. Amazing stay at Nuansa Homestay! Aldhi, the owner, and his family are lovely, they have helped us from the very beginning to the last moment: picking up us at 5 am, getting a local guide in Toraja, driving us to have dinner, helping to book the bus tickets to Tentena, and more. The accommodation was a traditional Toraja house, simple but very clean and well-preserved, making our experience feel authentic. If you are looking for wonderful accommodation in Rantepao, stop searching, Aldhi's homestay is definitely the place to be!

    I loved the location with amazing views from the balcony of the property. Paulus and his wife were both extremely helpful with any requests such as organising trips around Toraja and event drove me to the bus station on my return. Breakfast was delicious also! I found it a great opportunity also to meet other guests travelling around Sulawesi.

    Very clean, comfy room with a huge bed. Towels and shampoo etc provided. Lovely, friendly staff who were very accommodating. Good location by bus stop but also central so guides can meet you easily and take you into Toraja. I had a really great stay. Thank you!

    You are standing right at the edge of a rice field with a beautiful mountain on the back of it. Lovely sunset from your coffee table. Room and toilet are spotless. Comfortable bed, comfy and bright room and strong WiFi. The owner and his son are incredibly welcoming and friendly. We felt like at home. Free coffe and tea, which is always super nice to have. No hot water available but they arranged a bucket of steaming hot water for us one rainy day that we came back soaked wet. Location is also great. Quiet yet close to city centre
