Interesting history of the ship to learn and stay in, makes it special from other resorts in the area especially when most proceeds go to charity. Service throughout our stay was prompt, warm and friendly and the rooms were comfortable. View from the infinity pool was quite enjoyable and peaceful. Food at the piano lounge was great too! Location is very near the ferry terminal as well, we're looking forward to the grand opening when the hotel is fully open!

Near to ferry, there’s a open air food court/ hawker just behind the hotel. A massage parlour n convenience store too. No grab service there so gotta get your own either from hotel or there’s tourist information centre around providing this or get contact of driver from your friends n family first. Will sure to be back in Bintan again in the e future!

If Paradise has a name it is Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach. Especially the staff is wonderful and so friendly it makes you want to hide from the evil world outside and stay there forever. Excellent choice of local and international food, great swimming pools with, one of my favorite things of all time, a swim-up-bar, very luxurious room with a big balcony, an ocean view and a quiet pleasant airconditiong system.

The hotel was new and very beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly, they did everything they could to make the guests comfortable. The room was of good quality and very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were beautifully arranged and the food was very delicious. The entire staff were brilliant and lovely.

Modern and clean hotel, comfortable room and beds. Nice big area with many pools, pool chairs and the sea a little walk out. Cabana king terrace is open air so no shelter if it rains, but nice to lounge there and enjoy the sea breeze otherwise. Food is not too expensive compared to other resorts. Crackers and sambal that came with the food was a nice touch. Breakfast is good and wide variety. Service is very good, all the staff are very helpful and friendly. There's also a plaza nearby to get things from the convenience store.
