The host is the most hardworking man I've ever met, very polite, cares about his guests, always comes around to make sure his guests are good, always available, gives you all the information, help and support you need. Very focused, organised, hardworking with a smile on his face. You need anything? He's a call away. The hotel has everything to make you feel at home...away from home and that includes a surveillance camera to keep the property secure and make the guests feel safe. The hotel is adjacent to the Bus stop, a stone throw to the train station, and few minutes walk to basic amenities like supermarkets, pharmacy, eatery, you name it. The location was ideal for us, we flew into knock airport and then drove to a show at the royal theatre in castle bar, grabbed a dominoes so didn’t really use the facilities but I’d have stayed forever if the childcare providers would’ve allowed.

    Very clean and comfortable Room and Bathroom. Excellent Restaurant in the Hotel. Ideal for scouting Mayo and close to Knock Shrine. It also has a little wildlife park adjacent to the Hotel grounds and indeed short walk to the local town.

    Everthing exactly as expected. Location was ideal to suit our requirements Staff were very friendly and helpful Had dinner in the Chapter-Twenty Three bar and restaurant at the hotel. Food was excelllent as was breakfast the following morning Would deffo stay there again if we were in that area

    Excellent hotel at an affordable price when almost everywhere else is RIPPING guests' off. Spotless hotel throughout. Good breakfast included which was top quality and available up to 11:45!
