Everything was perfect from the start. Sabina and David were so lovely and could not do enough for us to make our stay fantastic. I happened to tell Sabina it was our anniversary and when we arrived at our accommodation, Sabina had a bottle of bubbly on ice to celebrate. We also had our dog Bear with us and she was allowed to go everywhere. Not something you will find in a 'dog friendly' hotel. Do yourself and that someone special in your life a favour and book this place. You will not be sorry. Until next time Sabina and David!

Pauline went above and beyond what we expected. Pauline was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much bother to her. Our accommodation was very comfortable and clean. I also had the great pleasure of meeting Poppy!! Who was just delightful.

Situated just off the main road with parking on the front. Like a home from home, very cosy and very friendly hosts. An excellent breakfast with extra toast offered and even more coffee. Great experience, very comfortable.

I am very pleased with my stay at this hotel, which is located in a very convenient place. Everything was perfect and comfortable. The room was clean, with a nice interior and thoughtful details. The location and everything about the place was first class! Cannot recommend Riverside Retreat enough, so relaxing and peaceful We will defo return. All the added little extras were a bonus!
