The hotel is beautiful We enjoyed walking the trails along the coast and soaking in the outdoor hot tub overlooking the Ring of Kerry. We stayed at this house near Sceine Bay for a family trip and absolutely loved it. The house really blew us away. If you love to cook, this place is a dream come true with all the kitchen gear you could ever need. We ended up making some great family meals right there, just enjoying the space and the amazing view. Another amazing thing about the house is all the books. No matter what you’re into, there’s something for everyone, from Joanne Harris and David Gemmell to Tolkien and more. The location is absolutely beautiful, tucked away in a really scenic part of the bay. We spent a lot of time just taking in the views or heading out to explore. There’s so much nearby to check out, like Helen’s Bar, Derreen Gardens, the town of Kenmare, and the Boathouse Restaurant. We never ran out of things to do or places to eat. Honestly, this house made our trip. It’s the perfect spot if you want to relax, cook great food, or just enjoy good books with family. We’re already talking about when we can go back here, we're regulars of Cork and Kerry. Highly recommend!
