Great location if you want to explore the Golan. The owner, who lives upstairs, is a man of few words but is friendly nonetheless and speaks good English. We didn't try the food (quite pricy) but there's a really good pizzeria and a great bakery in town. There was no balcony on our suite, bit we could use the balcony garden outside.
