Host is very responsive, answered my questions in a timely manner, very satisfied. More importantly, host provided me code for getting the key two days prior to my arrival, which is very important, because, I'm not sure whether my sim card will work once land in TLV, by getting the code earlier, I have peace in mind that I will have a place to sleep. Another thing that I want to say thanks is that Host is very accommodating, emailed me to allow early check in once the other guest checked out, I was able to drop my luggage first before heading out to tour the city. Apartment is basic, but enough for a one night stay, which is very close to airport. Overall, very satisfied, will stay again next time visiting Tel Aviv.

The building has retained character and some interesting design details have been added, located in a quite street just meters from a bustling part of Tel Aviv. This hotel is located if not ideal, then close to ideal. Large bathroom, daily cleaning and replenishment, 24-hour front desk, where they are always ready to help. Near the hotel there is a shop open around the clock, the best shops with street food (Jasmino, Hamalabiya, Falafel Razon, Sabich Tchernikhovski), a rooftop bar (The Prince) and a market. The beach is no more than 10 minutes. Excellent value for money.
