Absolutely loved our stay at paddy n canal in Alleppey Robin is incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was cozy, and the traditional Kerala breakfast they served was delightful. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the backwaters easily. Boats can reach in front of the homestay.Highly recommend this homestay for Alleppey experience!

What an incredible experience has been my cruise around the Alleppey backwaters. Jose's boat is just marvelous. It has a nice bedroom, a kitchen with a cook and nice resting area in front where you can enjoy the wonderful sightseeing. Since the dimensions of boat allows it, you are able to see all the small canals that you cannot reach with a big boat, and have a glimpse to the countryside directly facing the canal's waters. Passing the night in the quiet of the lake, with the sun setting over the waters, is the icing on the cake. So much recommended. Don't miss the opportunity for a cruise with Jose.

It was an amazing stay! The heritage home is beautiful and it seems that you step back in time. The area is very tranquil, the garden and the view are so serene. Mr.George, the owner as well as Mr Sanoj were both very welcoming and honorable men. We felt like so welcomed that it almost seemed we were visiting a friend's or family house. The breakfast was very good. We received a lot of help during our stay with our journey, a ride to the bank, informations about all kind of things and a boat tour recommendation, which was amazing. It was by far our best stay in India, thank you!

Staying at Taras Houseboat in Alleppey was an incredible experience! The boat was beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable interiors, and the views of the backwaters were absolutely stunning. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, including delicious freshly prepared meals. It was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the serene beauty of Kerala.     The location is good no doubt. But remember this is a low budget property. So the lawns and exteriors are ordinary at best. No particular beautification or lawning or decor exists. It maybe a good fit for cheap long stays. But definitely a No-No for short visits and families who are used to a bit of luxury.
