Room was good. Very neat and clean room with good facility and sitting area. Staff was very good. Everything was very good in the room & nice balcony. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby transportation and metro. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend.

At first glance, based on the surrounding area, I wasn’t expecting much—but the moment we stepped inside the hotel, all my assumptions were left at the door. From the lobby to our rooms, it felt like stumbling into a lost oasis. Elegant, calm, and beautifully maintained, it completely redefined what I expected from a "4-star" stay. Having stayed in many luxury hotels, including several 5-star properties, I can confidently say this hotel deserves five stars and more. It’s not just about aesthetics—it’s the exceptional value, the attention to detail, and the warmth of the staff that truly stood out. A special shout-out to Nitesh, who greeted us each morning with the kind of care and professionalism that turns breakfast into a daily highlight.
