It's got a nicely decorated common area overlooking the road. The personnel were kind and very helpful, especially Adi, who gave me a lot of tips of things to do in Mathura and Vindravan. The location of the hostel is ideal with a convenient variety of nearby restaurants and shops. The atmosphere of the hostel was excellent. The bed provided was VERY comfy (after a recent upgrade). Everything was spotlessly clean. Chitvan even provided purchasable snacks which was incredibly convenient and yummy. Our inconvenient departure time of 05:00 was accommodated for. To top it all we left a hairbrush, which he promptly posted to us. An exemplary host.
