Extremely accommodating and organised our Ooty toy train ticket from Coonoor to Ooty. Arul also has a tourist taxi and personally took us to the Coonoor train station at a good price. Location of Arul lodge was within easy walk of several cafes/restaurants and also easy distance by auto rickshaw to other areas eg town centre. All day food is available opposite from the hotel is a small little eating joint. The rooms were cleaned time to time, and this time the balcony was boxed up with glass windows, so now able to open the balcony door and enjoy the view without having to worrying about the aircon coolness running out.
