A very friendly owner who made us feel very welcome. Her son spoke good English and was also friendly and helpful. We had the use of the large comfortable lounge area with amazing views of snow capped mountains. It was quiet and peaceful at night. Only a short walk into the village where there is a hotel for meals.

I liked everything. It is a tranquil and beautifully decorated house down to the finest details. The hosts were very kind to me as I was sick. It's lovely to be surround by such beautiful nature and away from the honking. The house was spotless and very comfortable and included a heater. Customer service was excellent. Room, facilities, food, location. Room Service etc everything was excellent except the AC which I did not have control from my room and could not adjust it according to my needs. Due to that my sleep.was disturbed. But I would say that the staff was excellent and they tried to accommodate whatever I wanted and tried to make me comfortable as much as possible. Even my request to change the room due to lack of view from my previous room was also entertained without any extra cost.

This has been by far the most comfortable, clean and good value for money hostels we have stayed at throughout our month long trip in India. We stayed in a private room for about 2 weeks while doing a paragliding course. It’s also very social and the volunteers, Rishi and Mai, are the a lot of fun and always down for a bonfire, card games or a chat. I can definitely recommend dormigo to anyone lucky enough to find themselves in Bir. It’s also right next to the deer institute for anyone interested in enrolling in a course there.

Everything, they're a family and this is an experience you should have at least once in your lifetime like visiting Taj Mahal. Missed it, missed a part of life.
