very quiet in the nature. lovely man who arranged food and chai for us. the owner was very lovely and drove us to our next destination. he was very warm and friendly and drove us home a lovely way through the best forest area we have seen here.

Excellent stay! We were the only guests due to the bad climate. The entire house was ours providing privacy and a cozy, big room. The river view was amazing, though the bad weather limited outdoor enjoyment. The homely food from the ladies' kitchen was yummy and added to the comfort. A kettle with coffee/tea sachets was a nice touch, making our stay more pleasant. Despite the rain, it seemed like the place had a lot to offer! We will be back after the rains to enjoy the river.

After over a week of traveling and intensive sightseeing, I needed a break and this is the place to recover. The treatments, quiet and relaxing settings, stupendously friendly staff - all of these bolstered my energy to continue the trip. The best hotel I've ever stayed at (and I've stayed at many). The view from my hotel balcony is unparalleled. The interior design is tasteful, the room was very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Delicious and generous food at the restaurant. The chef, Harikrishnan. M, cooks with passion. Have to go back again. I already miss seeing the waterfalls from my bed.

Had visited multiple homestay at cochin locality... But this is amazing and fantasy.. I can say starting frm Welcome to last check-out... Awesome moments... Hassle free to stay and njoy like our own house.. I would suggest all my frnds nd family.. iam dame sure I won't go for other options...     The WiFi was as good as the best anywhere in India - absolutely brilliant and so useful for me. The food was very good and the location is superb barely 400 metres from the Ticket Office to the Bird Sanctuary. The staff help to contact guides and transport to get to hides and other areas for Birding and generally Basil will help with anything you need. Absolutely brilliant place to stay for Birders.

    Very clean and safe. Set in an attractive landscape. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food very good and plenty of it. Ideal birding base as the owner/staff can arrange excellent bird guides, transport and early/late meals to suit your needs. You certainly do get value for money here.
