Loved our stay here, wish we could have stayed longer. We've stayed in lots of places whilst we've been in Iceland and this is one of our favourites. Great location, just a short walk to the town. Beautiful apartment with all the facilities we could need, including kitchen facilities and a dining area. Oh and the shower is AMAZING!! Great communication with friendly hosts. Would recommend to our friends and family.

The location is AMAZING and the little house makes you feel you are in a fairy tail. Even if we didn't get much in contact with the owner, check in and out was simple and easy. Very clean facility and is highly recommended for anyone who wants to clear his or hers mind of city noise.

A cozy cabin in the woods perfect for our holiday! It was the only place in Iceland where the hosts put the extra work and the cabin was equipped with bath robes, coffee, tea & spices. The hosts were the most amazing people really helpful and sweet. We stayed during some crazy snowy days and they constantly kept cleaning the roads! We loved it and we will be back soon ❤️

We rented two apartments next to each other and although the layout slightly differed they were both equally as lovely. The apartments were more spacious than the pictures show and were in a prime location. The pictures don't do these apartments justice as they are in a fantastic condition and have everything you need for your stay and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Akureyri. Also the host is very responsive as I asked a question about heating and got an instantaneous response.

We booked this accommodation at short notice and received a friendly welcome. We had a nice room overlooking the harbor, we could see the cruise boat. The room was compact, but everything was there, excellent beds, a TV, excellent WiFi and a good bathroom. From the accommodation you can walk to the center in 5 to 10 minutes.

    Really happy with our stay at K16 Apartments. The location was ideal for our short stay in Akureyri, just minutes away from bars and restaurants, with free parking on site for our hire car. Apartment was simply furnished, very clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities, very warm heating (needed given the -17c temperatures outside) wifi worked well, and access was easy with door codes. Overall a great value for money base for a long weekend exploring Northern Iceland. Would happily return
