I was late to my check in time and the front desk left me an envelope with a key and directions to my room as I didn't arrive until about 10:45pm. The room was spacious, enough for me to have my suitcase open and walk around without it being tight. + a desk and chair, lots of extra towels, etc. There's also lots of windows letting in natural light. We stayed 3 nights, plenty to do in the area such as the Westman Islands, Hjálparfoss, Fossabrekkur and Seljalandsfoss. We usually stay in an apartment, so weren't sure about the shared kitchen/dining room. But everything was spotlessly clean, lots of cooking utensils. Breakfast waffles were great.
