The staff were very helpful and friendly, going above expectations to assist our needs. The location is central to many walks and hikes, making it an ideal base. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast a great variety.

Excellent location in Arabba. Had a quiet room, with a terrace faving Piz Boe. Staff were very friendly and let us store our bikes in ski room, which is secured by video surveilance. Breakfast was nothing to complain about: self service, good variety (cereals, eggs, bread, cheese, meat, coffee machine…). In the evening I had pizza in their restaurant. Good quality and fair price.

    The location as it was close to the hikes I wanted to take. The alternative was Cortina d'Ampozzo for much more money. The location is under new mgmt who also own a 4 star hotel. They need to some for maintenance but they have empowered the staff to make decisions as if they were the owners. It works!!!! The two ladies running the front desk and food service were amazing and went out of their way to ensure you were happy. They are empowered to make decisions which shows the owners trust them.
