I had booked a room with separate private bathroom, but was actually given an en-suite room, which was a nice surprise. No air conditioning but a very effective fan, on a very hot night. Fridge in the room. The location, right opposite the railway station, the bus to Perugia airport and the bus to Assisi's historic centre, is ideal, and probably quieter and better value than hotels in the centre.
