The property was amazing. All new and beautifully clean and presented. Everything you need is in the apartment. Washing machine, kettle,microwave etc. even big mugs for cup of tea. Kate and her family were there to welcome us. Parking was available , wifi worked well. Made to feel welcome

The staff is really accommodating, property is very well taken care of, rooms are very clean. There is an excellent restaurant where we had lunch and dinner, as well as wine tasting. Breakfast was big and beautifully set outside. We had a dog and a small kid and we felt very welcome.

My partner and I hired a car from Bologna and drove to Malcesine (you will need a car) before heading across to Venice and then down to Tuscany. Malcesine is a hidden gem, the drive down to the lake was spectacular. Our stay at Guesthouse Grandview was magical. The property is higher up and the view of the lake was absolutely breathtaking. Monika, the host of the property was super friendly and helpful with many recommendations on where to visit, eat and swim - we truly felt part of the family with the level of hospitality that was provided from all the staff including the resident dog! The room and property were kept in pristine condition and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including free parking. If you don’t feel like a drive down to the town there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance (which were amazing) otherwise a drive down to the picturesque town only takes about 15 minutes or so where there is a supermarket, as well as many shops and restaurants to explore on the lake. Highly recommend booking this property and exploring what Lake Di Garda has to offer - a must add to your Italian road trip holiday! We loved our stay here. The staff were so accommodating and welcoming, and we enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The views of the lake are stunning, and the location is so serene and relaxing. We particularly enjoyed time spent by the pool, as well as evenings on the terrace overlooking the lake with a glass of wine. It was a fantastic week staying here.

    Amazing location and stunning property beautifully furnished. Super clean, comfortable and with amazing views. The food and wine were organic made on site and locally grown - it was perfect! Barbara and Filippo are the perfect hosts: kind welcoming and warm.
