The location is perfect, the view stunning, overlooking a landscape right out of a fairy tale. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, the building impressive, breakfast on the terrace and the ping pong table a nice surprise. Great hotel, great staff, we will come back. Driving up to the hotel is possible though challenging, we preferred to park at P2 and walk up the pedestrian street.

We liked the peaceful elevated location with beautiful views on the countryside, great swimming pool, by the Via Francigena (walks), 10-15 min from supermarkets, market, eating places, train station (1h to Firenze). The buildings have got character, the accommodation is very clean, has every comfort (good beds) and facility including garden furniture and private parking. The owners are super hosts, kind and attentive to everyone's needs. We enjoyed the interaction with them and with other guests. We would strongly recommend this place.
