Very clean, plenty of space, all the amenities, glassware, cookware, etc. Very quiet area, central, plenty of parking space across the road. Very welcoming host, very helpful and friendly. Very close to Ski Areas - 10 min drive, also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. House was very spacious, with plenty of storage space, and had everything you needed to live in, even for an extended period of time. Cleaning wise, it was immaculate. Everything was clean and looking brand new. We were extremely happy with this accomodation and will definitely book again if we ever come back to this area.

Beautiful ancient Villa in the northern part of Lecco. Super comfortable and relaxing place where to stay. The Villa is immersed in a beautiful park where there is also space to park the car. Pay attention to the gate when you enter in the Villa with the car because the road is very narrow as well as the gate itself. Viviana the host is super available and super kind.

The location of the hotel is in an amazing spot. Easy to navigate and get around from there. The view of the lake is wonderful. The owners were the kindest people ever, always helping us when we had questions and were easy to communicate with. Honestly could have not gotten around the city without their help.

Wonderful place, very cozy, super clean and spacious. The view from the terrace is gorgeous and looks even better in a real time as photo doesn't really show all the angle of the mountains view. Night view from the terrace is beautiful as well. Owners prepared a lot of snacks and food for breakfast for free on the arrival day, which made our stay exceptional. Owners are wonderful people, always ready to help with anything. We were invited to taste a grill food in the evening, which I politely refused, because we had already planed to visit other place to eat, but still it was really nice and sweet. On our check out day we had difficulties with transfer to other place and Nina and her husband personally took us to that place!

    Amazing view over the valley down to the lake. Peaceful location and a very friendly welcome from Roberta and her two extremly well-behaved dogs. Breakfast was in the room and could be taken at any time. There was room to eat at a breakfast bar or alternatively on the terrace in front of the room. Room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The room is a good size with plenty of space. There was good ventilation to help cool the room.

    The property is situated in a picturesque location with stunning 360’ views of the mountains. The property is authentically Italian, with every detail thought through. It has everything we needed for our stay to feel welcome and at home. The hostess Valentina is simply amazing! She recommended restaurants, shops and was always happy to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend it for up to 4 people.

    Great location, very clean, modern kitchen and bathroom with 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs. Good communication from hosts. Lovely small town with little supermarket opposite and pizzeria 2 minute walk. Free parking 2 minute walk away from apartment, but plenty of road space to unload at the apartment first.

    We loved the house. It was very clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. Furthermore, the surrounding nature is exuberant. We were very well received by the hostess, who even left snacks for breakfast. It's so worth it!

    The communication with the host was excellent. They were waiting for us. The apartment is brand new and very clean. Everything was nice. They even had a lot of food for our breakfast. Recomended for a family.

    Tiny pretty apartment in Ballabio. Perfect for us! Very clean and quiet and we could had a quiet night of sleep. The hosts were very kind and gave us very clear instructions on how to find the apartment.. totally recommended for a short stay!
