A smaller hostel but fantastic. Did the hostel dinner on the night I arrived (they happen twice a week I think), and it was a great way to meet other travellers. Out of all the hostels I’ve stayed at so far, this one was my favourite and had the best vibes and people! Easy to walk and get around Bologna from here too. Breakfast was included as well which was fab and again added to the social element.

We had an amazing experience at Corona d’Oro Hotel from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and a bottle of prosecco was placed in the bucket as a welcome gift. We really appreciated the attention to detail in customer service, making us feel valued as a guest. The location was perfect—close to key attractions.

The property was new The staff are so friendly and helpful they are brilliant & make your stay the best possible The beds were comfy The place was clean Upon a arrival I received a token for a free welcome drink which was a lovely gesture. Aesthetically the room is lovely and modern, but warm. The patio was a delight in the evening and felt very private. Very clean and had everything I needed, lots of restaurants very close and the area is beautiful. Easy walking distance to many attractions and the bus. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic, lots of hot water.

Everything was perfect! Communication and the warm welcome were excellent, and the parking recommendation was super helpful. Since the property is brand new, everything was spotlessly clean. The shower was by far the best I’ve experienced in any hotel so far. Having complimentary Nespresso was a great bonus. The location is amazing, very close to the city center. The only small downside was that the main entrance key was a bit tricky to use, but it didn’t affect the overall experience. If I come back to Bologna, I would definitely stay here again.
