sweet room in a typical Italian romantic look in a great location. even had a little terrace. great breakfast lovingly prepared, served on a rooftop filled with lemon trees. friendly and always smiling staff that do all to make your stay memorable. I booked the hotel only one day inadvance as a pre-birthday surprise for my husband. asked if the hotel would be able to put a simple card in the room with happy birthday on it, and was touched to see they added extras as well. The entire feeling of the hotel is like you are not only a guest but a welcome one!

The owners really tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We got a parking card so you can even park in Levanto. The freshly made breakfast was great and the rooms had charm and were perfect for our needs.

Very clean and well presented property. It had everything we needed. We cooked in the evening and all the facilities and equipment to do that were excellent. Very cosy with the heating at this time of year. Loved the location for something different. It is up the hill from Levanto but very quaint, quiet and beautiful. Stunning views too. Host was very responsive and helpful.

    The view from the hotel is great and the terrace is excellent. The location is perfect for a visit to Cinque Terre. It is the ideal place to enjoy calmness and peacefulness. The hotel's common areas have lots of beautiful details that add to the character of this hotel. The rooms are quite big and very clean and even though their "age" shows, it feels like they blend well with the entire hotel. Parking is provided for free. The breakfast is a full buffet with lots of choices.

    A smallish but comfortable little house high in the mountains with a wonderful view of the see far below. Very clean and well appointed. Good shower, well appointed kitchen, wonderful terrace to have a meal, reasonable parking. There is no aircon, but the house is high in the mountains so it is fresher at night than expected. Cinzia was a very welcoming, generous and kind host! I would say this is an ideal house for a family of 4 (parents and 2 kids), as the bunk beds in the smaller room call for the agility of youth :)

    Nice big room in ideal location. Easy check in and check out. We had an outside space perfect to sit and have a drink which was an added bonus. Would recommend.
