Delightful, always smiling staff, they were always very nice. The accommodation is very modern and made of high quality materials. Cleanliness 10/15!! Lovely lakeside view, cute garden, spacious rooms. The host was so sweet, they even left us a few snacks for breakfast and all we needed to make tea. The house is gorgeous, oozes the charm of old Italian villas, the interior is elegant, and huge windows give you a great view of the lake from the common room, where you can sit on comfy sofas and mingle. Everything was perfectly clean. There's a shop nearby (10 minutes walk by the lake), and there's restaurants serving excellent pizza and tiramisu only a little bit further.
