Exceptional property, beautifully finished and very welcoming, feels like a home. It has everything you need for your stay, a very well catered kitchen, access to the garden, with a hot tub, lovely linen and towels, air-conditioning, everything works really well. But it's the atmosphere created here that gives this space something special, definitely designed by an architect as it feels, smells, and works extremely well. The hosts are great at keeping in touch via WhatsApp, we are a British family, so this is very useful as our Italian is none! It is 25 minutes from the airport and near Lake Maggiore, guests would need a car as it is not easily accessible via public transport. We were guests here in Summer 24.

The place was in a courtyard and the parking was right outside. The kitchen had ever gaget and a bean to cup coffee machine along with every other way of making coffee. The living room was very large and clean. Bathroom had everything you could even a box marked for ladies things, pads and tampons, which I thought was a nice touch. 10mins from the motorway network, 15mins from the beach on the lake. The owner went out of her way to make the stay as easy as possible, she told us not to worry about putting the rubbish out in the right bin or the correct day as she sorted this out when she came round.

Great communication with the Tatiana who always responded very quickly Very clean and comfortable with everything you need and thoughtful complimentary items, such as coffee pods, biscuits, water etc. Great location, 10 -15 minutes walk to the lakefront or the railway station We will definitely return if we visit Arona again Thanks!

We loved everything in this 5 star Air B and B❤️The location in the heart of Arona, the amazing interior design is fantastic, memory foam bed, spacious room and the amenities, cleanliness, the breakfast spread of food was enormous, and of course Debra who was always there to assist us.

    It was easy to get inside. The house has a private parking and a small yard. It was spacious and clean. The owner spoke well English and was clear and friendly in communicating. We had a relative sleeping over one night with us and that was no problem. That was very nice. The location is great, you can enter the gate with your car and park inside.
