The room was traditional, comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. We were the only ones in the swimming pool, we had dinner outside in the garden. Food was fantastic. Highly recommended. Plenty of parking Breakfast was included 10 out of 10 !

Such a cosy little cocoon especially on a cold rainy spring weekend! The room is large, the bed super comfortable, the tub and sauna feel luxurious. The owners were super helpful and we were greeted with a gifted bottle of Umbrian wine. On top of that it's perfectly located to visit the old city center.

This property is brand new. There are still a few items that need to be completed at the property however, they do not impact your stay. The room was lovely, the breakfast was perfect, the location is fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again.

We liked everything, absolutely everything. Apartment clean, cozy. Every detail in the house has been thought out by the owners for the convenience of guests even blanket on the balcony.     The property is in an amazing location which is very calm and relaxing. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool is an amazing addition! Its also very close to Firenze and other big cities which is great for day trips. Lastly the staff were very friendly would go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.
