The room is just awesome! Spotlessly clean, with all the amenities! in the kitchen and in every room, it has an espresso coffee maker and capsules to make your coffee. also, there is a cafe for French Coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped! 10 is a bit much for this particular accommodation. And the restaurant "Enjoy," which is right across the room, is excellent!

We loved our stay at this apartment:) from the beginning the host was very helpful and provided great recommendations on local restaurants. The location is perfect, very close to the train station, castle and restaurants, 15 mins walk to the beach.The flat is very clean, good size, beds comfortable, lovely front garden, very quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend it!

    This property is exceeded expectations and was decorated to a high standard. The jacuzzi was an unexpected bonus. The location was ideal, opposite a magnificent view point over the lake. An excellent breakfast can be found in a cafe located in the castle square. Relatively inexpensive I have no problem with recommending it to other travellers.

    The apartment was absolutely central in the gorgeous village of Bracciano, right next to a stunning castle. Once we parked a minute away, we walked everywhere. Enjoyed the town and all the atmosphere. The host was very helpful with all the suggestions and the apartment was perfect for us. The place was spotless and Viktoria was really sweet. A real warm host. This is a 10 out of 10 for me. Location and value for money. I'll be back.

    It's such a cozy, family oriented place. The kids loved the Harry Potter themed place. The location, near Bracciano's castle and lake, just ideal. The owner is extremelly kind. We had a blast!!!

    Very clean, spacious and comfortable flat. A short walk from the train station and centro storico, a convenient location to explore the region as well. We had a lovely and personalised attention from the check in until we left the apartment. The owner pulled out all the stops to help us with a last minute emergency after our check out so very grateful. We recommend it!
