Michael the host is a great guy, he gave us recommendations, arranged an extra baby cot, reserved an amazing beach for us and welcomed us with lots of sweets :). The villa is great, spacious and the airco is amazing. Also the location is nice, usually villas are in the middle of nowhere but this is walking distance from shops, restaurants and the beach!

The villa was very clean and well appointed. The private pool is a real bonus and sits within the villa's own garden area, so it is completely self contained. We loved the location. It's nestled in a quiet area with stunning views of the mountains, but it's also close to a large, beautiful sandy beach, 2 supermarkets and a number of restaurants. All of which are within easy walking distance, if like us you don't want to rent a car. We came slightly out of season (beginning of April), so we hadn't realised that only one of the local restaurant was open all year round, so a number of others were only beginning to open when we were leaving, but Budoni centre is about 2 miles away with larger supermarkets, shops, more bars and restaurants. Again, it's walkable, about 40 mins, but if you had a car, it would take no time at all if you fancied exploring a bit further away from the villa. Olbia is a 26 min drive away with it's own airport. If you did hire a car, there's private parking at the villa. The host was very friendly and responsive and did everything to help us and make our stay enjoyable.

We stayed at this lovely aparthotel as a family with our 2-year-old daughter, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The residence is beautifully and tastefully decorated – not the usual bland or generic furnishings you often find elsewhere. Everything has been thoughtfully designed and arranged with a great eye for style and comfort. The bed was extremely comfortable, with high-quality linens, and the entire apartment was spotless and exceptionally well-organized. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They provided us with a fantastic baby welcome pack, which included a crib, high chair, changing table, baby bathtub – and even a sweet little gift for our daughter, which was such a thoughtful touch. The common areas are well-maintained, and the pool is absolutely beautiful. There’s also a lovely jacuzzi, perfect for some relaxation. We especially appreciated the children’s play area – a great addition that made our daughter very happy and added to the family-friendly atmosphere. They were also very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended for anyone – especially families traveling with young children! A special thanks to all the team at reception, and especially to Astrid, who was always available and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip to Europe!

The locations is amazing, right on the beach, wonderfull property, clean, moderm and the breakfast is great! love this location having a private beach was a MUST, we will come back next year. Worth every penny.

    A couple of days before the trip. The host contacted us via Whatsapp and asked us to send him the id card photos. After visiting the apartment they were waiting for us, showed us very clean rooms and gave us the keyes. We left the apartment the same way, very comfortable. Good location (starting point) for the NorthEast part of the island. I highly recoment the trip to CalaGonone where you must rent a boat.
