Can't fault this hotel, it's excellent. Great location, staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. It's brand new, the design is clean and modern. The roof top plunge pool is a nice touch. A short walk to the centre along the marina. The fitness centre wasn't open because it was brand new, but the staff arranged an alternative so we could sweat out all the Spritz. All very capable and wonderful base as an introduction to Sardinia. We will be back! Thanks guys.

Both the room and the hotel were top notch quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very central and situated very close to restaurants and cafes. Loved the fact that there was a water kettle in the room. All amenities are provided. The breakfast was really good. Very highly recommended! Nearby Poetto beach is much better and affordable than the overpriced far away Villasimius beach.

Absolutely amazing apartments! We love almost everything. 2 balconies with view to the see and to the city are huge and just amazing. Bedroom was very nice and comfortable. Living room is great as well. Wifi speed is about 500Mbits. Bathroom is great too! Washing machine and dryer are great as well.

We really liked this room, it was perfect for us! Bed is really comfortable 😊 the location is very good as well, super easy to park the car in the street! Also it’s just 20min walk to the historic center which is very good considering it’s super hard to park there. The owners Andrea and his wife are super friendly and available

    Excellent location for exploring Cagliari. The host arranged pick up and return to the airport by taxi. The premises were very clean and in a quiet street in the old town. It was an ideal base and only a 5 -10 min walk to all of the areas on interest in the town including the fortress, restaurants, marina area, etc

    This is a fantastic location for experiencing all that Cagliari has to offer. The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We ended up staying in two different rooms as we needed a last minute accommodation on our last night. The team are super friendly, very responsive and easy to deal with. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and I enjoyed waking up in the morning and doing my yoga practice surrounded by the views of the city.

    estay were excellent to deal with and the staff were so friendly. The apartment was spotless but not very keen on it's location, it's right beside all amenities and the train station and bus stops but some nights we didn't feel very safe going back there. We stayed for a week which was probably too long for that location but we enjoyed the beach each day on the bus.

    the lady that showed us in was lovely and really helpful with local recommendations to make the most of our short stay. Ideal location between the beach, bus stop and supermarket and the other direction into town. The communal lounge / eating area / fridge / kettle / microwave was really useful and everywhere was very clean. The balcony way a lovely addition and the room was ideal for us.

    Great location in the centre of Cagliari. Lovely continental breakfast at the atmospheric Antico Caffè a few minutes’ walk away. The B&B host Giorgio could not have been more attentive, checking everything was okay upon arrival and during the stay. The room and communal area was spotlessly clean. Great budget friendly option.
