The hosts are very kind and always make themselves available for anything. Location is very good, it takes 3 min to reach main parkings of Olbia. There is a very good cafe to have breakfast close by, just 50m away. Supermarket and everything else is in short distance. The installations are excellent, very clean and super silent to sleep, there are no noise from street inside the room, thanks to good windows. Air conditioner is very powerful, yet silent. There is a kitchen in common area. If you want a stress-free stay in Olbia, this is the place to relax! For sure I'll recommend to all my friends and when going back to Olbia, will stay there again.

The room was fantastic! It looks exactly like on the pics. Everything is new, super clean, comfy bed, the bathroom is big and new. You got an amazing view over the garden with the olive trees. A small refrigerator is in the room, the tv is amazing too as you can connect all your apps ( we did it with our iPhones and it worked directly without any issue). Air conditioner is also working perfectly. The hosts were more than friendly and made us feel like at home. Travel time to Olbia city with a car is 10 minutes so it felt like the perfect place to relax and to be central. We definitely are gonna come back.

We had a wonderful stay here. Nuova is situated in a great location just a few minutes walk from the heart of Olbia and within easy access to public transportation- even so it is a quiet location. The rooms are modern, bright, airy and extremely clean. The swimming pool is pristine. The whole complex is very well maintained and looked after. The host, Andrea, was most helpful and made some great recommendations in relation to sights and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!!

The owner is amazing! Helped us in every situation and was always in touch. The room was sparkling clean, bathroom is new and modern. With free parking in front of the building - no problem at all. From the bedroom window you can watch airplanes go up and down all night long. Easy to reach main streets with all the cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back here next time I visit Olbia!

The room and the bathroom is very nice and clean, the bed is very comfortable. The rooms are equipped with all that you need for the stay. There is also a painters studio in the ground floor where the entrance is and it is possible to view the art work. The room is situated in the center of Olbia with good restaurants and cafes all around you, and there was not any noice from outside at bedtime.

    The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for the airport and for several amazing beaches. We needed to check out early so they did breakfast for us earlier which was fantastic and very welcomed.
