We had an amazing stay at this charming B&B right by the sea! The entire beach was at our disposal, and the area is so quiet and peaceful no crowds at all. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The location is perfect: just a short walk from the train station, making it an ideal base to explore the entire coastline. Plus, there’s authentic Italian pizza right next door delicious! The owners were incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special thanks to Mrs. Monika for being so warm and communicative. We send our warmest regards and highly recommend this place!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, delicious food in a lovely room with view of the sea. Coffee, tea, juice, cereals, bread, pastry, everything you could ask for. The room was very clean and beautiful, the view of an old church and the inner city was breathtaking. everything is near, the port is next door, train station is a short walk. The best part of the b&b is the staff, so helpful and welcoming and all around lovely.

We stayed here and were absolutely delighted! We were welcomed by Antonio, who was polite, open, and friendly—a charming classic southern gentleman. He was always available throughout our stay, providing us with plenty of useful information. The apartment is very cozy, stylishly decorated, and filled with beautiful accessories that create a special atmosphere. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A particular highlight is the lovely balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The location is excellent—a small green park right across the street and the promenade nearby, perfect for a pleasant walk. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

PERFECT location! Owners are very responsive on WhatsApp, despite it being a remote/automated situation. Upon arrival, you press a button on the intercom to get in the building and they also buzz you into the room. There is a set of physical keys and a convenient key fob. Bed was comfortable. Heater unit worked great in December. WiFi tested 400 mbps, VERY FAST. I was working 6pm to 3am so I appreciated it. The chair was a bit uncomfortable, but this place would be perfect for a digital nomad. LOVED the balconies and all the light! Best shower, spacious, lots of hot water and good pressure. I was in heaven. The place was SUPER-CLEAN and BRAND NEW! I actually extended a night it was so nice! I paid around 55 euro per night. If it's available, book it ASAP!

    Exceptionally clean room, which has been recently refurbished. Paolo was a very helpful host, who even gave us a lift back to the hotel after dinner and a welcome drink later that evening. The air-conditioner in the room dealt very well with the stifling June heat. The port of Villa San Giovanni is literally just down the road.
