Super location at the bottom of a hill which is lovely to walk up in the morning. Lovely to walk back to at night with the fire flies. Quite a steep climb to the bnb, but Paulo is always offering a lift, if needed. Room was immaculate and comfy. Breakfast was continental with homemade cakes and jam. Paulo there to assist with delicious coffees. Lovely to sit out and breakfast with the view to Bergamo. Paulo super welcoming, supportive and attentive. A perfect stay.

The view from the Balcony was fantastic. We loved the included coffees and Muffins. Directions were great, lift access isn't all the way up but gave us some exercise after the plane ride.

I had a wonderful stay – everything was just perfect! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and ideally located to explore the stunning village of Arezzo. I truly wish I could have stayed longer. A big thank you to Ilenia, the perfect host! She was so kind and attentive, and the delicious breakfast to-go was such a lovely surprise.     The place is located on a hillside, away from the street. It is a very beautiful location and very quiet. The rooms are clean and it was a pleasure to have the view over the hills in the morning.
