Location was fantastic just a step away from the lovely historic town of Monte San Savino and the room and beds were so well set up! Simone was super accomodating and was so generous with any questions and quick to help. A wide variety of local cakes and toast was offered for breakfast along with juice and coffee!

My friend and I had the most wonderful experience staying at Francesca and Filippo’s charming guesthouse. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome – their kindness, gentleness, and warm hospitality were beyond anything we expected. The house and garden are simply stunning, with a breathtaking view over the Tuscan countryside. Every corner is beautifully decorated with a personal touch that makes the place feel both unique and full of character. Breakfast was an absolute delight – all homemade and truly the best we’ve ever had in a B\&B. Every morning felt like a special treat. We are also so grateful for their thoughtful recommendations and local tips, which allowed us to discover amazing restaurants and hidden gems in the area. Thank you, Francesca and Filippo, for making our stay so special. We hope to come back one day!

    It is family run business, which really let you feel at home. We stayed 3 nights. The app we booked was detached of the main building and it was way bigger than expected, it was very clean and has huge fridge. As well as a terras with a lot of privacy. Food was great as well! This venue offers great value for money. (Based on multiple stays in Toscane in the same 3 weeks)
