This small B&B in heart of Tuscany really deserves its high rating and is a very good price for value. It was an experience to stay in this old, charming rural house in Tuscany, and get introduced with its very nice hosts Carolina and Paolo. We loved lovely morning swim, beautiful house and its surroundings, liked delicious breakfasts. It was special to eat Carolina's hens eggs. Carolina really cares her guests, is authentically kind and pleasant in communication. She is also attentive - she really cared that every our wish would be fullfilled as well as possible. I love tea, and it was very cozy to drink tasty herbal teas in room every evening, and there was even a lovely jar with some nice biscuits. This place will be highly appreciated by guests, who want to see a real Tuscany and meet kind Italians.

Im just in love with this Boutique Hotel, all was just brilliant, we stay only one night , due to arrival in the evening we were upgrade with the large room with very big bathroom , I love interior a lot, the surrounding, nature, pool is just amazing. We were clouded to stay longer in the hotel after check out . the restaurant is kind of Michelin start , foot , so delicious, high service , amazing breakfast. I woke up early in the morning to watch sunrise- Highly recommend to see it and to stay in this Wonderful Hotel. I would love to come back again too

Beautiful location and property, renovated to a very high standard. Our host was wonderful and knowledgeable about the area. The food was amazing, the room was beautiful. I would instantly recommend Podere Grotta Antica to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Tuscany

Angelo, the host, was very kind and welcoming, which made us feel at home right away. The garden was definitely the highlight — beautifully maintained, with a lovely pool and peaceful trees all around. The location was also perfect for exploring the region.

Gigi and Sylvia are amazing hosts that make you feel like you’re part of the family more than any other place. We loved the jacuzzi which we gladly paid extra for, alongside the Prosecco and the most amazing meal. It was a true feast and probably one of the best in our lives. We will be back for sure !
