A true paradise in Rome! 🌿✨ The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and the sound of birdsong, creating an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the metro, and in no time you are in the very heart of Rome. Everything was absolutely spotless, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is modern and sparkling clean. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, plus a fridge and air conditioning in the room – everything you need for a perfect stay. The host is exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive. We planned to stay only 2 nights, but it was so wonderful that we extended our stay, and the host even upgraded us to a room with a beautiful terrace at no extra cost. It was simply unforgettable! 💖 I would recommend this villa as the most comfortable and magical place to stay in Rome.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅

It was very clean , you had everything you need in the room , silent rooms , Air Conditioner working great even 37C were outside. The most appreciated was also the staff from reception which helped us in arranging transports and big High 5 to Diego one of the guy which helped us when we went in Frascati ( city nearby) and couldn’t find any taxi to come back to Villa Cavaletti.

Amazing owner, very helpful and human - thank you, Elisabeth! Customer service on highest level what makes a big difference. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and decorated with taste. The most important for us was safe parking situated just by the apartment. Very good localisation - 6 minut walk far from Graniti metro station. We could concentrate on visiting Rome only. Astonishing property, it is really a little paradise. Super warm host, helpful and available. Secure parking is in the garden, you can really easy get to Anagnina station by the bus, and then on the metro. You cannot purchase bus tickets on the bus, so we got free ride to Anagnina Metro station. Viva Italia
